on months 1-12 and requires a two year service agreement. If you decide to cancel
or downgrade your packaged services before the end of the commitment period, you will be subject to
an early termination fee of up to $150. The early termination fee is not applicable
if any changes are made during the first 60 days after you sign up for the program.
A two year service agreement is not required; however, the advertised monthly price
will increase by $5.00.
